While building a brand online, it is important to have access to online file storage.

Benefits of online file storage:

• File Sync - Have access to your files online and across your computers automatically.
• File Sharing - Shared folders allow several team members to collaborate on project or view files from a team leader.
• Online Backup - Back up your files online without having to think about it.  Computers break, I recommend backing up your important files online.

Personally I recommend a system called Dropbox for several reasons:

• You can have up to 10GB of free storage space, invite a few friends are business partners to drop box, and they’ll give yourself, and your guest an extra 250MB of storage space.
• A copy of your files are stored on Dropbox’s secure servers. This lets you access them from any computer or mobile device.
• All files stored on Dropbox servers are encrypted (AES-256) and are inaccessible without your account password.  In general, your files are safer on Dropbox then on your own computer.
• You can view files in your Dropbox via Mobile Devices, such as the iPhone, iPad, and Android phones.
