Emotions are like rivers.
When you try to stop it, you go against the current.
When you allow it to flow, you are flowing with the energy.
It is ok for you to feel fully.

and allow the feeling to move through you.

How to let go of old emotions:
Often times what stop us from moving forward are
old emotions from our past.
Even though our past is gone, sometimes our mind want to
hold onto what happened and bring back the old energy and emotions.
So how can we let go of our old emotions?
It is easy and simple.
1. Close your eyes and ground, and center yourself.
Take a deep breath and allow your entire body to relax.
2. Call upon Angels, spirit guides, Ascended Masters if you like.
Ask for support.
3. Bring your awareness to your inner feelings. What are you feeling?
If you are feeling certain emotions in your body, just allow your self to feel
whatever you are feeling. Do’t resist. just feel.
4. Accept whatever you are feeling. When you accept, you can let go.
When you resist, it persists.
5. Decide to let all go. Take a deep breath, and as you breathe out, allow it to
come out. And it does instantly. It is your intention and decision that make it work.
Universe will respond to your decision and you are supported.
6. Do this anytime whenever you feel some old emotions come up.
You start feeling lighter and lighter
as you do this exercise more often.
When you are fully free from old emotions,
your will start feeling more love & joy in your life.
And the best part is that you are Here and Now.
